A Mid-Century yellow gold wrist watch, the front-hinged, coin-edged case comprised of the face of a 1904 twenty dollar coin on the front, the verso featuring the coin's tail side, and opening to reveal a nested, front-folding watch with a yellow-gold face and pencil indexes set within a polished, yellow-gold bezel, with a winding crown at 1 o'clock, and featuring a manual-wind movement; with original black leather strap and gold, pin buckle. Signed Piaget on the watch dial and back, stamped 750, and with french guarantee marks and poinçin for Léon Savatofski.
