Shipping & Returns


Our goal is customer satisfaction. Should you purchase anything from us, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund in the same manner with which you paid. The refund amount will be the purchase price less any transaction fees – namely credit card fees and a flat $50 return fee. The item must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which it was provided to receive a full refund.

We offer store credit for items returned after 7 days but within 30 days from purchase date, so long as the item is returned to us in exactly the same condition in which it was provided. All sales are final after 30 days.

Domestic Shipping: Insured shipping within the United States is FREE for purchases made from Kentshire. Return shipping for domestic orders is a flat $50, and Kentshire will provide you with a label once you contact our office to set up a return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your returned funds, according to the type of payment you used at time of purchase. We ship all domestic packages via UPS next day air with an adult signature confirmation required.

International Shipping: International shipping will be billed at the actual cost of shipment. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. All packages shipped by Kentshire are fully insured for their purchased price. All shipments must be made to your billing address with an adult present to sign for the package.

All merchandise returned to us because of non-deliverability will be credited back to you minus transaction costs–credit card processing or bank fees–and the cost of shipping and handling.

Most purchases are shipped to arrive within three business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email.


All items that have not been customized can be returned for a full refund, minus $50 return shipping fee and any associated bank or credit card processing fees, within 7 days of receipt. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us at 212.421.1100 or within 3 days of receipt to discuss the return or exchange. Customers must contact us prior to shipping returns so we may issue a shipping label and packing instructions, as our shipping carrier requires items to be double boxed and labeled using a label which we provide. International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that Kentshire might incur by receiving the return. Please note: custom orders cannot be returned under any circumstance.
