The company was founded in 1928 by Mario Fasano, who had trained with Parisian craftsmen in traditional jewelry-making techniques. Together with his wife, Stella Piovano, they created pieces of beautiful quality that often incorporated fine gemstones in unusual cuts and set in organic forms. Their son Dario joined the family business, which eventually closed upon his retirement in 2013.
