	The Kentshire Gallery Website was developed by a team whose members have worked on a range of consumer and business Internet initiatives that include the industry retail site, 7th Online; the design trade site, hautedecor.com; and the relationship network, XseeksY.com. Simmons is a consultant advising clients in a variety of media on strategic planning, business development, content creation, and marketing. Before signing on with Kentshire, she was Director of New Media at Fairchild Publications, where she initiated the development of a fashion portal for Women’s Wear Daily. She has also acted as Editor in Chief of the relationships network, XseeksY.com; consulted with The History Channel; and held staff positions at various magazines including The New Yorker and Conde Nast Traveler. She has served on Medill’s Board of Visitors at Northwestern and is currently an advisor on Internet initiatives to the Morino Institute in Reston, Virginia. maggie@maggiesimmons.com Illya Shell, Technology Manager. Shell is Director of Information Technology at the Amicus Financial Services Bank, where he is responsible for the direction of innovative strategies to support IT business initiatives and operations. Before that, he was an Internet strategy consultant to the Interactive Enterprise Development division of American Express; Vice President of Information Technology at the online relationship portal, XseeksY.com; and consultant at Accenture, which provides management and technology consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. illyashell@yahoo.com Dylan Firshein, Art Director/Photography Consultant. Firshein is Art Director and Director of Photography of hautedecor.com, an interior design website that uses e-commerce to bring the best of interior design to the masses. Earlier, he was Producer at Spontaneous Combustion, a visual effects house that specializes in television and commercial FX. Firshein arrived in New York five years ago and began his career working in production for movies, television, and commercials. dyllio@yahoo.com Mary Siener, Graphics Designer. Siener is currently a Design Manager at Prentice Hall's School Division. Previously she was a founding member of 7th Online, where she was instrumental in developing strategy, architecture, content, and design for this business-to-business site for the retail industry. Siener came to 7th Online from Fairchild Publications, where she developed and designed Web sites for several of the company’s properties, including Women’s Wear Daily.
