A rare Queen Anne walnut reading or 'cock fighting' chair upholstered in red leather, the horseshoe shaped back with the top rail terminating in hand rests, the original adjustable brass mounted swivel reading rest fitted with detachable brass candle arms; the arms fitted with a concealed inkwell and pen tray, a further drawer fitted to the seat rail, on splayed legs joined by an H-frame stretcher terminating in pad feet.

A George III Chippendale period carved mahogany open armchair with a pierced carved splat back, a serpentine crestrail and leaf-carved scrolled arm terminals over a drop-in seat and raised on acanthus carved cabriole legs ending in claw and ball feet.

A George III mahogany oval-backed upholstered open armchair in the Hepplewhite taste.

A George IV leather upholstered mahogany library chair with outscrolled arms and tapering legs ending in casters.

George III needlepoint upholstered mahogany Gainsborough chair, the arched back above a serpentine seat, padded armrests and molded square legs; the needlepoint depicting animal and and figural reserves.

A superb George II period mahogany Gainsborough armchair in the Chippendale Rococo taste, raised on cabriole legs with floral carved  knees ending in cabochon headed French feet, with upholstered armrests supported by downswept arms ending with carved cabochon clasps.

Good George II mahogany Windsor form armchair with an arched back fitted with baluster turned spindles, outscrolled arm terminals, shaped seat, and cabriole legs terminating in pad feet.

George III carved mahogany Gainsborough chair with needlework upholstery, the downswept molded arms carved with C-scroll and cabochon clasps, the cabriole legs similarly ornamented with scrolled feet.
